Welcome to Supermoon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of drinksupermoon.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Supermoon Health LLC ("Supermoon," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including protein content, calories, and ingredients. Nutritional values are based on third-party lab testing and may vary slightly between batches within normal manufacturing tolerances. Colors and packaging shown on the Site may differ slightly from the product you receive.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or decline any order.

Health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements, not medical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction. Product contains Milk.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. Your order is confirmed once we send an order confirmation. We are not obligated to fulfill an order if we suspect fraud, an error, or a violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you select until you cancel. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account before the next billing date. Charges already processed are governed by our return policy below.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Intellectual property

The Supermoon name, logo, packaging, photography, and all Site content are owned by Supermoon Health LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supermoon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placing a new order means you accept the updated Terms.
